Paris Saint-Germain are pushing to beat Chelsea, Liverpool and Manchester City to the signing of Celta Vigo midfielder Gabri Veiga, according to The Guardian.
It is claimed Chelsea have targeted Veiga as a replacement for Mason Mount, who is undergoing a Manchester United medical ahead of a £60m move to Old Trafford.
The Spaniard’s contract reportedly contains a £34.4m release clause with PSG intensifying their efforts to sign the 21-year-old, who is also being looked at by Liverpool and City.
