Premier League clubs are back in for pre-season this week and they are still trying to complete the major bits of work in the transfer market.
The main deals expected to be announced this week are:
- Mason Mount to Man Utd – Chelsea midfielder undergoing medical
- Pau Torres to arrive at Aston Villa this week from Villarreal
- Manor Solomon to Tottenham – Fulham attacker to have Spurs medical this week ahead of free transfer.
- Nathan Collins to Brentford – £23m club-record deal from Wolves close
- Middlesbrough closing on double signing of Rav van den Berg and Alex Gilbert.
- Sandro Tonali to Newcastle from AC Milan – Confirmed.
- Mads Andersen to Luton from Barnsley – Confirmed.
There ought to be developments on Declan Rice and Jurrien Timber to Arsenal too, one would expect, while there remains a huge question mark over Bayern Munich‘s intentions with Harry Kane.
