Elon Musk’s mum has hit out at people who are criticising her son and urged them to “stop being mean”.
The eccentric billionaire, who owns SpaceX and Tesla, has faced a lot of hostility since buying social media site Twitter after he sacked thousands of staff and triggered a chaotic slew of security and privacy issues.
It got so bad that employees even took inspiration from the Daily Star’s wet lettuce to challenge the vegetable to outlast their jobs at the social media company.
For the first week of the study the cows were given hemp feed containing low doses of cannabinoids. High-cannabinoid hemp was then used for a subsequent six days.
Both varieties contained less than 2% THC – the principal psychoactive constituent of cannabis (the thing that gets people high).
As well as assessing the physical changes in the animals and their behaviour, the scientists also analysed their milk, blood and faeces.
