According to Sport Italia, Liverpool, Chelsea, and Manchester City are keen on making a move for the 25-year-old, who has impressed in Serie A since joining Udinese on a free transfer in January. Udinese, recognizing his rising stock, are prepared to cash in on Solet should a substantial offer arrive.

The French defender was left without a club for months after his contract with RB Salzburg was terminated last summer. However, Udinese took a chance on him during the winter market, and the decision has proved fruitful, as his performances have now attracted interest from Europe’s elite.

Manchester United and West Ham United have also been monitoring Solet’s progress, but the strongest links have come from Chelsea, Manchester City, and Liverpool.

Chelsea are in the market for defensive reinforcements and have been pursuing Marc Guehi. However, with their recruitment strategy focusing on young and promising talents, Solet fits their profile.

Manchester City, despite bolstering their defense with Abdukodir Khusanov and Vitor Reis in January, remain in the hunt for another centre-back. Their reported interest in Lazio’s Mario Gila suggests they are looking to strengthen further, with Solet being a viable option.

Liverpool, on the other hand, are in need of defensive reinforcements, especially with uncertainties surrounding the futures of Virgil van Dijk and Ibrahima Konate. With incoming manager Arne Slot expected to reshape the squad, Solet could emerge as a key target for the Merseyside club.

The summer transfer window is shaping up to be an intriguing one for Oumar Solet, as Udinese look set to make a significant profit from a player they signed for free just

months ago.
