The Federation Accounts Allocation Committee (FAAC) has shared a total sum of N1.578 trillion, March 2025 Federation Account Revenue to the Federal, States and the Local Governments.
The Federation Accounts Allocation Committee (FAAC) disbursed N1.578 trillion March 2025 revenue to federal, state, and local governments during its April meeting in Abuja. According to Bawa Mokwa, Director of Press at the OAGF, the allocation comprised N931.3 billion statutory revenue, N593.8 billion VAT, N24.97 billion EMTL, and N28.7 billion exchange difference.
FAAC’s communiqué revealed N2.411 trillion gross revenue was available in March 2025, with N85.4 billion deducted as collection costs and N747.2 billion for transfers/interventions. The N1.718 trillion gross statutory revenue marked a significant inflow for distribution among government tiers.
