2027: I will be Nigeria’s incoming youngest president, says 35-year-old DLA candidate

Moses Adebisi, presidential candidate of the Democratic Leadership Alliance (DLA), has declared he will become Nigeria’s youngest president if elected in 2027, according to Punch.

In a Thursday interview with Arise TV, Adebisi, 35, a Harvard University PhD candidate, said his entry into politics followed years of empowerment work, including a digital literacy campaign for JAMB’s computer-based testing.

He claimed the DLA used a “submarine approach” to build structures unnoticed and expressed confidence he could defeat President Bola Tinubu and the APC. Adebisi said he studied China’s and America’s political-economic reforms in preparation for the race.
