Marcelo reacts after Cristiano Ronaldo leaves Portugal camp

Brazil legend Marcelo has shown his support for Cristiano Ronaldo after the Portugal captain reportedly left the national team camp following a disagreement with head coach Jorge Jesus. According to Daily Post Nigeria, Ronaldo departed Portugal’s training base in Copenhagen during the ongoing UEFA Nations League fixtures.

Marcelo posted a photograph of himself alongside Ronaldo from their successful Real Madrid years on Instagram, writing:

“What can I say… @Cristiano.”

The pair spent several seasons together at Madrid, forming a successful partnership and winning multiple trophies, including three consecutive Champions League titles between 2016 and 2018. Marcelo left Madrid in 2022.
