John Terry set for Chelsea return as Blues confirm legends clash with Tottenham
Chelsea legend John Terry is set to return to Stamford Bridge after being confirmed as the first player for the club’s legends clash against Tottenham in March 2027. The charity fixture will take place on March 27, with proceeds supporting the Chelsea Foundation and its community programmes across south-west London and Surrey.
According to Evening Standard, Terry will lead the Chelsea legends against their Tottenham counterparts, although Spurs have yet to announce their squad. The former captain previously featured in Chelsea’s legends meeting with Liverpool in 2025. Terry, who now works as a part-time academy consultant, remains interested in pursuing a managerial career.
