American rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs was reportedly rushed from a New Jersey federal prison for emergency medical treatment after sustaining a head injury.

According to Page Six, the 56-year-old music mogul was transported by ambulance from FCI Fort Dix around 1 a.m. on Saturday, October 10.

Sources said the injury was not life-threatening, although circumstances surrounding the incident remain unclear.

Combs reportedly returned to prison before sunrise and was conscious and speaking.

His representative said: “We are aware of the reports concerning Sean Combs and are working to confirm the circumstances. Sean’s health and well-being are our immediate concern, and we appreciate everyone who has reached out.”

Combs is serving a 50-month sentence following his July 2025 conviction on two prostitution-related charges.

His projected release date was recently moved from January to March 2028 following reports of disciplinary violations.

Prison authorities have not publicly explained the circumstances surrounding his reported injury.
