American rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs was reportedly rushed from a New Jersey federal prison for emergency medical treatment after sustaining a head injury.
According to Page Six, the 56-year-old music mogul was transported by ambulance from FCI Fort Dix around 1 a.m. on Saturday, October 10.
Sources said the injury was not life-threatening, although circumstances surrounding the incident remain unclear.
Combs reportedly returned to prison before sunrise and was conscious and speaking.
His representative said: “We are aware of the reports concerning Sean Combs and are working to confirm the circumstances. Sean’s health and well-being are our immediate concern, and we appreciate everyone who has reached out.”
Combs is serving a 50-month sentence following his July 2025 conviction on two prostitution-related charges.
