Adeleke defends dancing, cites road, healthcare projects ahead of poll
Osun State Governor, Ademola Adeleke, has defended his love for dancing, insisting it does not interfere with his duties as he seeks re-election on Saturday.
Speaking at an Arise TV town hall for Osun governorship candidates, The Punch reports that Adeleke described himself as a “prudent worker,” saying dancing is part of his personality and does not stop him from delivering projects.
His remarks follow mockery from Edo State Governor, Monday Okpebholo, who branded him the “dancing governor.”
Adeleke cited road construction, solar streetlights, and the rehabilitation of over 200 primary healthcare centres as proof of his administration’s performance ahead of Saturday’s election.
