AI BOOED ON STAGE…
An AI-assisted staging of Richard Wagner’s Götterdämmerung drew boos from audiences at Germany’s Bayreuth Festival after its debut. While singers and conductor Christian Thielemann received applause, spectators criticized the AI-generated visuals, which featured historical imagery that many found confusing. Two more performances of the production are scheduled.
