Capital One has denied political bias in closing over 300 Trump Organization bank accounts, telling a US court the decision followed a routine anti-money laundering review conducted months before the March 2021 closures, as the bank seeks dismissal of a lawsuit filed by the Trump Organization and Eric Trump.
