Arsenal edge closer to signing Newcastle captain Bruno Guimaraes
Arsenal are close to completing the signing of Bruno Guimaraes from Newcastle United after breakthrough negotiations. The Brazilian midfielder is awaiting permission to undergo a medical before finalising the transfer. Guimaraes, who requested the move earlier this summer, is expected to strengthen Mikel Arteta’s midfield ahead of the new season.
