Arsenal suffer Hincapie injury scare ahead of Champions League clash with Lille
Arsenal have been handed an injury scare ahead of Tuesday’s Champions League meeting with Lille, with Piero Hincapie a major doubt after suffering an ankle injury.
According to Sports Mole, the Ecuadorian defender sustained the injury during his warm-down after Saturday’s 2-1 Premier League victory over Leeds United, having appeared as a late substitute.
William Saliba remains sidelined with a back injury, while Christos Tzolis is expected to miss the game through a hamstring problem. However, Arsenal have no suspended players for the Group-stage encounter at the Emirates Stadium on October 13.
