Canada deported 205 Nigerians in June 2026, ranking Nigeria among the top 10 nationalities removed that month, according to Canada Border Services Agency data. Nigerians made up nearly 2% of the 10,607 illegal immigrants deported, alongside 3,323 Indians, 1,573 Mexicans, and 372 Americans. CBSA said removing individuals without the right to stay preserves the integrity of Canada’s immigration system and fairness for lawful entrants.
