Carlos Baleba’s Manchester United debut date revealed by Michael Carrick

Carlos Baleba is expected to make his Manchester United debut within the next 10 to 14 days after manager Michael Carrick provided an update on the midfielder’s availability. The £70 million summer signing from Brighton joined United as a replacement for Casemiro but has yet to feature since completing his move.

According to FourFourTwo, Baleba could return against his former club Brighton in the Carabao Cup on September 16, although his Premier League debut is more likely to come against Fulham at Craven Cottage on September 20. The Cameroon international made 31 league appearances for Brighton last season, recording strong defensive numbers. United have won one and lost one of their opening two Premier League fixtures.
