Chelsea join Atletico Madrid and Napoli in race for Relebohile Mofokeng
Chelsea are reportedly among four European clubs closely monitoring South African winger Relebohile Mofokeng following his impressive start at Royale Union Saint-Gilloise. According to GOAL, Chelsea, Brighton, Atletico Madrid and Napoli are tracking the 21-year-old after his move from Orlando Pirates in July.
Mofokeng quickly made an impact in Belgium, helping Union SG win the Belgian Super Cup and scoring in their Europa League victory over Viktoria Plzen. He also enhanced his reputation during South Africa’s AFCON 2027 qualifying campaign, scoring twice in a 5-0 win over Eritrea.
The winger has reportedly registered four goals for his club so far, while his performances for Bafana Bafana have further increased his profile. With his development attracting major European interest, Mofokeng could be in line for a high-profile move if his form continues.
