Dangote Refinery emerges Europe’s top jet fuel supplier, ahead of US
Dangote Petroleum Refinery has become Europe’s largest jet fuel supplier for a second consecutive month, overtaking the United States and capturing about a fifth of the continent’s imports.
According to The News, data from Kpler showed the refinery delivered over 400,000 tonnes of jet fuel to Europe in July, following a record 466,000 tonnes in June.
Europe imported roughly 2.06 million tonnes of jet fuel in July, with Dangote leading ahead of US and Middle Eastern suppliers, as rising crude throughput and export capacity strengthen its market position.
