Dubai named world’s second-leading intelligent city in global ranking

Dubai has been ranked the world’s second-leading intelligent city in a newly published global assessment evaluating 61 cities across 39 countries.

According to Vanguard News, the index, reported by TV BRICS, a News Agency of Nigeria partner, measured how effectively cities deploy AI and digital technologies to improve public services, economic competitiveness and residents’ quality of life.

Dubai achieved the highest global score for AI adoption and smart city implementation, reflecting its integration of artificial intelligence into government services and urban infrastructure. Officials linked the ranking to sustained investment in digital governance and smart infrastructure.
