Napoli may have to once again lower their asking price for their striker Victor Osimhen, as no clubs have yet made an approach for the striker
Napoli may be forced to lower their asking price for Victor Osimhen after receiving no offers for the striker despite reducing their initial asking price from €120-€130m to €100m.
Osimhen’s current contract with Napoli, signed in December, includes a release clause of €120-€130m and runs until 2026, but the club is willing to sell him this summer ¹.
Napoli’s failure to sell Osimhen could impact their ability to sign new players, including Romelu Lukaku, as new coach Antonio Conte looks to rebuild the team.
Manchester United is interested in Osimhen and may consider a player-swap deal involving Mason Greenwood, but Napoli may need to lower their asking price further to facilitate a transfer.
