Ex-senator Afikuyomi elected chairman of PBAT-KOH ICG Advisory Council ahead of 2027

Former federal lawmaker Senator Tokunbo Afikuyomi has been appointed Chairman of the Advisory Council of the President Bola Ahmed Tinubu/Kadiri Obafemi Hamzat Independent Campaign Group (PBAT-KOH ICG), according to P.M. News.

The appointment was ratified at a Lagos strategy meeting ahead of the group’s planned 2027 campaign flag-off. National Director-General Wasiu Sanni Eshinlokun said the group is building grassroots mobilisation structures, including ward-to-ward canvassing, to strengthen support for Tinubu’s re-election bid under the Renewed Hope Agenda.
