Florida subpoenas Dr. Fauci, focusing on his ‘self-dealing’ during the pandemic

Florida has formally subpoenaed former top US health official Anthony Fauci as part of an investigation into alleged “self-dealing” during the COVID-19 pandemic.

According to Breitbart News, Attorney General James Uthmeier said investigators are seeking documents covering Fauci’s pandemic decisions, vaccine-related views and alleged pursuit of personal financial opportunities.

Uthmeier alleged Fauci pursued book deals, awards and wealthy connections outside his government duties, including an award worth $900,000. The subpoena follows Fauci’s recent invocation of the Fifth Amendment during Senate testimony. Florida authorities say the inquiry could examine potential fraud and deceptive trade practices.
