How to identify and report immigration scams in Canada…
Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has urged applicants to spot, stop and report immigration fraud, warning against scams involving fake websites, guaranteed visas and unsolicited requests for money or personal data. The agency advises verifying representatives’ credentials, checking official Canada.ca sources and reporting suspicious activity to the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre and IRCC’s fraud tips line.
