Hunter Biden reveals ex-US president Joe Biden’s cancer has spread

Hunter Biden has disclosed that his father, former US President Joe Biden, has seen his cancer spread to his bones and beyond, describing the illness as “very painful” and “debilitating.”

According to Punch Newspapers, Hunter made the remarks in an interview published by the BBC on Saturday, saying he wished his father “would complain more.”

Biden was diagnosed with aggressive prostate cancer in May 2025, months after leaving office, and had previously described his treatment as progressing well, expressing optimism about beating the disease.
