Ivan Toney pleads not guilty to Nightclub assault charge
England international Ivan Toney has pleaded not guilty to a charge of assault occasioning actual bodily harm following an alleged incident at a Soho nightclub, according to The Athletic. The 30-year-old appeared at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, where he confirmed his plea and requested that the case be transferred to crown court.
District Judge Briony Clarke granted Toney unconditional bail, with the Al Ahli forward scheduled to appear at Southwark Crown Court on October 29. Toney was charged in August over an alleged incident on Wardour Street on December 6, 2025, and was arrested the following day.
