Julian Alvarez sends clear message to Atletico Madrid after Simeone snub

Julian Alvarez has reportedly made his intentions clear to Atletico Madrid after becoming frustrated by Diego Simeone’s decision not to meet him on his return. According to Barca News Network, Alvarez told members of the Atletico squad not to “count on him” as he seeks a move to Barcelona.

The Argentine striker was expected to discuss his future with Simeone after returning for medical tests, but the coach was away with the squad. Alvarez is now reportedly prepared to push for an exit and could refuse to train or play for Atletico. Barcelona would welcome the development as they continue efforts to sign him this summer.
