Man caught wrapping old tires to scam Nigerian POS operator
The man pretended his bank transfer failed due to network problems, then offered gold-wrapped old car tires as collateral for cash, claiming he’d return later. Neighbors stepped in during the deal, exposed the damaged tires underneath, and stopped the scam cold.
