NNPC prolongs N66 petrol discount by one week

The Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited has extended its N66 discount promotion on Premium Motor Spirit by one week and added Automotive Gas Oil to the offer.

According to Vanguard, the promotion will now run at participating retail outlets until October 14, 2026, after initially being scheduled from October 1 to October 7 as part of activities marking Nigeria’s 66th Independence anniversary.

“One more week. More ways to save.

“The N66 discount promo on PMS has been extended by another week, and AGO is now included. Visit any participating station to take advantage.

“If you missed it earlier, you have another chance to enjoy the discount till Oct. 14, 2026,” the company said.

NNPC also urged customers to download its Fuel App through the QR code provided or its official download link.

The promotion comes amid varying pump prices across the country, reflecting differences in distribution and transportation costs.

NNPC retail outlets list petrol at N1,355 per litre in Lagos and Rivers, while motorists in Abuja pay N1,370 per litre.
