Presidency unveils 108-member APC Presidential Campaign Council, Yobo included

The Presidency has unveiled a 108-member All Progressives Congress Presidential Campaign Council for the January 2027 elections, with President Bola Tinubu serving as chairman.

Vanguard reported that Vice President Kashim Shettima and APC chairman Nentawe Yilwatda will serve as vice chairmen, while former Zamfara governor Abdulaziz Yari becomes director-general.

Imo State Governor Hope Uzodimma was named council secretary, with Ajibola Bashiru and Hadiza Bala-Usman serving as deputy and assistant secretaries.

The council also includes former Super Eagles captain Joseph Yobo. Tinubu charged members to campaign vigorously, showcase his administration’s achievements and deliver victory for the APC across the country nationwide.
