Prince Harry, Meghan return to UK six years after stepping back from royal life

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex arrived back in the United Kingdom on Wednesday with their children, Archie and Lilibet, reportedly flying privately from California and landing at Birmingham Airport, CNN reports.

The family, returning as private citizens with no official royal duties, will settle in the Cotswolds, with Archie and Lilibet already enrolled in British schools for September. King Charles III and Prince William were informed of the move earlier this month.

It remains unclear whether Harry’s long-disputed police security arrangements have changed ahead of the family’s permanent relocation.
