Salaam brands rivals Adeleke, Oyebamiji “political juniors,” vows to win Osun poll

ADC governorship candidate Najeem Salaam has vowed to defeat Accord Party’s Ademola Adeleke and APC’s Bola Oyebamiji in Saturday’s Osun election, describing both rivals as his political “juniors,” according to Peoples Gazette. Speaking on Channels TV, Salaam claimed superior political experience and predicted victory on a level playing field. He said he had been touring communities to showcase his readiness to govern. The remarks came as ADC presidential candidate Atiku Abubakar, at the party’s campaign finale, urged Osun voters to back the ADC candidate.
