Savinho joins Tottenham in blockbuster £85m move from Man City

Tottenham have completed the signing of Savinho from Manchester City in a blockbuster deal worth up to £85 million, according to GOAL.com. The Brazilian winger becomes a major addition to Roberto De Zerbi’s attacking options after Tottenham pursued him for more than a year.

Savinho reportedly chose Spurs partly because of the opportunity to work with De Zerbi, who believes the 22-year-old can reach another level under his guidance. Sporting director Johan Lange also praised the winger’s quality, style and mentality. Savinho has been handed Tottenham’s No.17 shirt and is expected to begin training with his new teammates immediately.
