Seven killed as 14-year-old opens fire at Thai school, home
At least seven people have been killed and 23 injured after a 14-year-old boy opened fire at his home and school in Nonthaburi, on the outskirts of Bangkok, Thailand.
According to BBC News, the gunman, a student at Debsirin School, killed his grandparents and five teachers before taking his own life, Prime Minister Anutin Charnvirakul said.
Nine victims remain in critical condition. Police said the attack, Thailand’s second school shooting this year, appeared “well prepared,” though a motive has not been officially disclosed.
