Thomas Tuchel apologises to Bournemouth boss after Alex Scott injury
England manager Thomas Tuchel has apologised to Bournemouth head coach Marco Rose after midfielder Alex Scott suffered a thigh injury that could sideline him for up to two months. According to talkSPORT, Scott played 70 minutes during England’s 7–0 victory over Croatia before scans revealed the injury.
Tuchel said there had been no warning signs before the match and insisted England had taken no unnecessary risk with the 23-year-old. The injury is a significant blow for Bournemouth, who are still searching for their first Premier League victory under Rose this season.
