Tinubu will be betrayed two weeks before 2027 election — Primate Ayodele
The leader of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, Primate Elijah Ayodele, has warned President Bola Tinubu that some political associates could betray him shortly before the 2027 presidential election.
Ayodele issued the warning in a statement signed by his media aide, Osho Oluwatosin, following the inauguration of the All Progressives Congress presidential campaign council.
The cleric alleged that several people surrounding Tinubu lacked genuine loyalty and could undermine his re-election campaign.
The warning follows earlier concerns raised by Ayodele about the president’s electoral preparations, as reported by the Daily Post.
“Majority of the people at the inauguration don’t wish you well, Tinubu. They are just there for fun and to celebrate with bitterness.
“All that they have said is not real, and you need to identify your friends before the election. You must identify those who want you and those who don’t.
“Even those defecting to the APC will be a burden on your re-election bid. Don’t celebrate it. It’s a means to cover your sight,” he claimed.
Ayodele further alleged that some presidential allies might isolate sincere advisers for personal advantage.
“Be mindful. People who surround you will not want you to see the truth, and they will drive good people away from you because of their selfish interests. These are the people you have helped, and they are going to betray you. It will be painful.”
He also urged Tinubu to focus on northern mobilisation instead of relying on celebrations and public endorsements.
Ayodele provided no evidence establishing any planned betrayal. His remarks remain predictions rather than verified developments.
