Undefeated boxing champ Claressa Shields: “If I wasn’t a boxer, I would be a Christian porn star”

American boxing champion Claressa Shields has revealed that she might have pursued a career in adult entertainment if she had not become a professional boxer.

According to International Business Times UK, the undefeated fighter made the revelation during a livestream conversation with content creator Zoe Spencer.

Discussing alternative career choices, Shields said, “I would be like a Christian pornstar. Yeah, you know, on film, but only with your husband.”

She also identified music and basketball as other possible career paths.

“But besides that, I’d be like a singer. I would play basketball,” she added.

The 31-year-old American has enjoyed remarkable success in boxing, winning Olympic gold medals at London 2012 and Rio 2016.

She subsequently became an undisputed world champion across multiple weight divisions while maintaining an unbeaten professional record.

Beyond boxing, Shields has pursued music under the stage name Ressa Da GWOAT, releasing several songs.

Despite her interests outside boxing, Shields remains focused on her professional fighting career and potential future championship bouts.
