VIDEO: Real reason I went to my late brother’s grave before going to polling unit- Adeleke
Osun State Governor Ademola Adeleke has revealed that he visited the grave of his late brother, Senator Isiaka Adeleke, before casting his vote in the August 15 governorship election — saying he regularly visits the grave to seek his late brother’s prayers and express how much he misses him.
Speaking to Channels TV after securing a second term by defeating APC’s Bola Oyebamiji, Tribune reports that Adeleke described his bond with his late brother as deeply emotional.
“I go and say, ‘Brother, here I am again on the march again. I’m going for an election. I want you to pray for me,'” Adeleke said, adding: “I miss him a lot. Anytime, sometimes, I cry all the time.”
