VIDEO: Wear APC cap or lose your job, Edo LG chair orders park drivers

The chairman of Esan West Local Government Area in Edo State, Blessing Ebhodaghe, has ordered commercial park drivers in the council to wear All Progressives Congress branded caps or face removal from the park — linking the directive to Governor Monday Okpebholo’s promise to deliver 2.5 million votes for President Tinubu’s 2027 re-election.

In a viral video circulated on Thursday, Ebhodaghe issued the warning during a visit to a park in the LGA, according to The Cable.

“On no account should I see any driver put on a face cap or any material that does not belong to the party. If I see anybody, I will come here and remove him,” he declared, adding that drivers owed their livelihoods to good roads built under the current administration.
