VIDEO:If you insult Tinubu, I’ll insult you too — Sunday Igboho goes scorched earth on Makinde
Yoruba Nation activist Sunday Adeyemo, popularly known as Sunday Igboho, has criticised Oyo State Governor Seyi Makinde over his recent challenge to presidential candidates to demonstrate their physical fitness ahead of the 2027 elections.
According to HeraldSun Nigeria, Igboho made the remarks while addressing members of the Iru Ekun Security Network.
Igboho accused Makinde of ridiculing President Bola Tinubu by jumping off a stage during a campaign event in Akure, Ondo State.
He compared the governor’s actions to those of a frog and a madman, insisting that Tinubu deserved respect despite his age.
The activist also warned that he would respond to anyone publicly insulting the President.
Makinde had earlier challenged rival presidential candidates to demonstrate their physical stamina, arguing that leadership required energy and endurance.
