Goals from Rayan and Evanilson (brace) condemned Manchester United to a 3-0 home defeat to Bournemouth on Sunday afternoon. Here is how the United players were rated.

Man United Player Ratings

Senne Lammens (4/10): Looked steady and untroubled for long stretches, but his afternoon was completely overshadowed by a dreadful blunder that gifted Bournemouth their third goal.

Leny Yoro (4/10): Showed sharp instincts early on with a goal-line clearance to deny Evanilson, but an unfortunate slip under pressure gifted the visitors their second.

Harry Maguire (5/10): Reappointed as skipper, he battled hard, making an important early block against Rayan and trying to drive his side forward from deep.

Ayden Heaven (5/10) [Off 64′]: The 20-year-old displayed raw talent but was exposed at times. A reckless leap resulted in a yellow card, and the subsequent set-piece led directly to Bournemouth’s opener.

Diogo Dalot (5/10): Pushed high up the flank with high energy, but his decision-making in the final third was poor and an unforced error inside his own half put United in danger.

Carlos Baleba (5/10) [Off 72′]: Showed courage on the ball and brought much-needed central dynamism despite the heavy tension surrounding the team.

Andrey Santos (4/10): Had minimal impact on the contest and was shown a yellow card after trying to clean up a mistake in midfield with a mistimed tackle.

Amad Diallo (4/10) [Off 78′]: Produced one fleeting flash of skill to beat his marker, but was otherwise wasteful in possession and struggled to influence play.

Youri Tielemans (4/10) [Off 46′]: Failed to provide the composure or control Michael Carrick demanded in central areas. Had a nightmare opening 45 minutes and was pulled at the interval.

Mason Mount (5/10): Rotated positions across the midfield and worked hard to get involved, though his frustration showed when his teammates failed to attack his deliveries.

Bryan Mbeumo (6/10): Starved of service for most of the match, but remained United’s brightest spark upfront, forcing a solid save before halftime and testing the keeper again later.

Substitutes

Matheus Cunha (6/10) [On 46′]: Brought on at the break to inject life into the attack; curled an effort just wide of the target.

Lisandro Martinez (5/10) [On 64′]: Eventful cameo—nearly handed Bournemouth another goal with a mistake, but almost pulled one back at the opposite end.

Joshua Zirkzee (5/10) [On 72′]: Unable to make an impact or find a late consolation.

Shea Lacey (5/10) [On 78′]: Given a brief late run-out with the game already out of reach.
