Aston Villa agree £65m deal to sign Nicolas Jackson from Chelsea

Aston Villa have agreed a deal worth £65 million to sign Chelsea striker Nicolas Jackson, according to The Athletic. Villa will reportedly pay £47.5m upfront for the Senegal international, with final personal terms now being completed. Jackson, 25, previously worked under Villa manager Unai Emery at Villarreal before joining Chelsea for £32m in 2023.

He has scored 30 goals in 81 appearances for the Blues. The striker spent last season on loan at Bayern Munich, scoring eight Bundesliga goals as the German champions secured another league title. His proposed move to Villa would reunite him with Emery and strengthen the club’s attacking options.
