Barcelona break €1 billion revenue barrier for the first time

Barcelona have surpassed €1 billion in revenue for the first time in the club’s history, marking a major financial milestone despite spending part of the season away from the fully operational Spotify Camp Nou, according to Tribuna. In a statement, FC Barcelona confirmed that the record income was driven largely by improved stadium-related revenue, alongside growth in sponsorship deals and record merchandise sales through Barça Licensing & Merchandising.

The club noted that several matches were played at the Johan Cruyff Stadium and Olympic Stadium, while the Camp Nou operated at a reduced capacity of 42,000. Barcelona said the figures underline the stadium’s financial potential once fully reopened, with the club’s budget for the season also largely achieved.
