Convoy blockade: ‘He’s looking for our Trouble’ — Benue govt tackles Obi
The Benue State Government has accused former Anambra State governor and 2027 presidential candidate Peter Obi of “looking for trouble” following the disruption of his convoy during a visit to the state.
Commissioner for Information Solomon Iorpev said, according to Daily Trust, that Obi should have formally notified the government before arriving.
“A high-profile person who has been a former governor of a state is coming into the state; he should have written a letter to the State Government,” Iorpev said.
He added, “This is not the first time he is doing this. He is just looking for our trouble.”
