Cornell frat members give account of night with ‘Jane Doe’, say she initiated contact
One of the fraternity brothers involved in the ‘Cornell 7’ incident says ‘Jane Doe’ told them their orgy “was normal in the medieval times.”
Another frat member says she was the aggressor and didn’t ask for his consent.
“I remember the girl in specific saying something along the lines of, ‘This was normal in the medieval times,'” said Diego Sarabia, according to the New York Times.
Another fraternity member, Gillio Lopes, says Jane Doe initiated s*xual contact with him without asking for his consent.
Lopes says he went to get McDonald’s after becoming “uncomfortable” with what allegedly happened to him.
Another frat member, Winston Lee, also said Jane Doe initiated s*xual contact with him without asking for his consent.
“I kind of took a step back because I didn’t want to engage in anything like s*x. I thought it wasn’t the time for that,” Lee said.
Lee later engaged in s*xual contact with Doe. He asked her if she was comfortable with what was happening, and she allegedly told him, “We’re all consenting adults here,” according to the New York Times.
