Ferran Torres came off the bench to rescue Paris Saint-Germain from defeat as they fought back from two goals down to draw 2-2 with Rennes in their Ligue 1 opener, according to Goal.com. Rennes took control through Sebastian Szymanski and Esteban Lepaul, who struck in the 10th and 38th minutes respectively to give the hosts a commanding half-time advantage.

PSG manager Luis Enrique responded by introducing Torres and Mika Godts after the break, and the decision transformed the contest. Torres pulled one back in the 71st minute before heading home Fabian Ruiz’s cross 12 minutes later to complete his brace and earn PSG a valuable point.
