Liverpool star Mac Allister opens up on summer transfer uncertainty

Liverpool midfielder Alexis Mac Allister has revealed he considered leaving the club during the summer after being told a contract extension was not available. According to NDTV Sports, the Argentina international was disappointed after seeing teammates Dominik Szoboszlai and Ryan Gravenberch receive new deals.

Mac Allister, who has two years remaining on his Liverpool contract, admitted there were options to leave but insisted he remains committed to the club. The 27-year-old said he continues to give his best every day and believes Liverpool is currently the right club for him, despite his frustration over the contract situation.
