BREAKING: First Lady Melania Trump announces she has personally secured a localized ceasefire in a city in southern Ukraine, allowing humanitarian aid to enter and civilians to evacuate safely.
According to her office, both Russia and Ukraine have agreed to temporarily halt military operations in the area.
The city of Oleshky, once home to roughly 24,000 people before the war, now has just 2,000 residents remaining.
