Speculation is sweeping Tehran as Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei remains hidden from public view nearly six months after taking power, with no recent photographs or audio proving his survival, Israel Hayom reports.

According to The Atlantic, senior officials, including Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi, say they have lost contact with him, while Tehran insiders believe he may have died or become brain-dead from wounds sustained in February’s bombardment.

Family members deny the reports, calling them psychological warfare, but the information blackout has fuelled a power struggle among rival factions.
