Nigerian influencer who died after penis enlargement surgery was once wanted by NDLEA for drug trafficking

Igho “Tiny” Ubiribo, a British-Nigerian businessman and influencer who died in March following a botched penis enlargement procedure in Bangkok, had previously been declared wanted by Nigeria’s National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA), according to People’s Gazette.

A UK coroner ruled that Ubiribo, 43, died from a pulmonary embolism after receiving hyaluronic acid and lidocaine injections at a Thai clinic while on holiday with his wife, Danielle Simba Allen. He reportedly collapsed twice and underwent over 100 minutes of CPR before his death.

Sources report that in 2023, the NDLEA had declared Ubiribo and Allen wanted over an alleged drug-trafficking syndicate linked to a 32.70-kilogram cannabis seizure at Lagos’ Murtala Muhammed Airport, though no conviction has been established in that case.
